Medium roast coffee beans have medium levels of acidity, well rounded flavours and rarely contain the natural coffee bean oils. 

Roasting coffee beans to a medium level is a great way to keep the natural character distinct to the coffee’s origin country while introducing some of the deeper, caramelly notes that you get with dark roast coffee.

We have a huge range of distinct and delicious medium roast coffee beans available that have been carefully selected, sourced, and prepared by our team of resident coffee lovers. 

Try something unique like Costa Rica Honey Prep, a coffee in which the coffee cherry flesh is used in the drying process to give the beans a sweet fruity flavour. Or try a sample of Papua New Guinea Sigri with its natural sweetness but slightly spicy notes.

Our medium roast coffees are available in beans and ground form. It can be brewed as filter coffee or in a french press and used to make a beautiful latte or just enjoyed black without milk.
